I’ve been tired of my long hair…..
It’s pretty, nice and all that, but I NEVER wear it down. Ever. It’s always in a bun. So I thought, ok, I’m chopping it off.
I knew exactly where I’d go….to the lovely and uber talented Abby de Rosset of Hair Design by Abby. I’m so glad I did!!!
I can even rock the pony tail!
Today I attended Sarah Astarita’s baby shower! It was such a joy to be included in the next step of her journey through marriage! It was so much fun to see so many familiar faces!! 🙂
I even won a prize! It was so awesome because I’ve been thinking about buying a plant for the last few days! Let’s hope I can keep it alive!
Today I visited Towson University! It has been a long time since I walked the grounds….I realized it has almost been 8 years since I graduated college. Shesh! Made me feel old! Ah well.
I was there to give an interview about being homeschooled and my experiences with that! Lots of fun!
I tried to find a cool picture of the Towson University Campus (because I didn’t take my camera with me) but I could only find pictures of people…until I found the following.
I will say that this is THE best taco salad I have ever had in my life. I have tried to replicate it at home. I have tried to find it at other places. Ah, the journey will continue. I got it in the Union Cafeteria. Anyone know if it’s still there? Some mexican food place….

My mom’s birthday was yesterday, but we celebrated today! My sister made this awesome cake! Unfortunately, I didn’t get a picture when it was a heart. It was tasty though!!
