Our trips to visit Bret’s family typically include a lot of hanging out with family and friends. Some days though we have a chance to just sit back and relax. 🙂

Right now, it comes in the form of a cold/flu/sickness.

This has been my posture the last few days…

Instagram fun!

Was it worth waiting in line for two hours for Hagrid's ride? The short answer is yes. The long answer is, holy crap that was amazing, I would almost wait in line again you guys!!! Great last day on an epic vacation.
Dreams do come true.
We're finishing up our last day at Disney and sneaking in a little bit of work. One of the really amazing things about running our own business is the flexibility to work almost anywhere. This vacation has been mostly that, a vacation. There have been a few phone calls here and there, but for the most part, we've been enjoying ourselves and experiencing as much as we can. The rest of the day at Hollywood Studios was great. I've noticed that you can get a lot of character photos near the end of the day. Yesterday we went to Epcot after doing the Disney Vacation Club presentation, which if you're going to Disney, it's totally worth doing - 4 fast passes each to use at any time and most rides...minus the newer ones, and a $75 giftcard each. AND they gave us a ride to Epcot afterwards so we didn't need to wait for the bus. There wasn't much that we needed a fastpass for in Epcot, but it was nice. The gift card was extremely helpful. We had a ton of snacks left on our dining plan, and used some of the giftcards to buy food and souvenirs. This Disney portion of the vacation has been everything I imagined it could be. I'm so glad we got the dining plan and the photo pass, because we did so many things we wouldn't have done otherwise. The Ohana breakfast was great and the Snow White dinner was a highlight. Bret had so much fun watching the Evil Queen interacting with the guests. We're now chilling in front of a fireplace, doing some work and just relaxing. Way to go Disney.
The 4 am wake up call for Galaxy's Edge was rough but totally worth it. We knocked out all the Star Wars stuff, toy story land, and some great characters. We scored an Ohana breakfast and it was so enjoyable. We were seated by the window with a view of Cinderella castle in the background. We're just about to go to the Snow White dinner now. Despite little sleep, this has been an incredible trip.
Best. Breakfast. Ever.
This space mountain pic deserves its own post. This was in complete dark, no lights at all, for the Mickey's not so scary Halloween party.
