Day 3178 – A Big Reading Accomplishment – 500 Books Read And Tracked On Goodreads

A few days ago, I checked my Goodreads read shelf, and realized I’ve tracked 500+ books read! I started tracking back in 2014. How I’ve used Goodreads has changed over the years, but it is definitely THE best way to track the books you’ve read, want to read, want to share with others, etc. It is seriously a must have app/tool/whatever you want to call it for anyone who is serious about reading.

Do you use Goodreads? Share your tips and tricks and experiences below.

This is an older photo, but a pretty good representation of my bookshelf at most times. 😀

Day 1739 – My Reading Obession – or – What I’m Reading Now – or – Goodreads Is Awesome

I had heard about this app/website a few times…seen my friends post reviews…but I never signed up for it. It wasn’t until I had coffee with a friend that I finally got on the ball. Seriously Jen, why did you wait???

What I’m talking about is Goodreads. It’s basically a super convenient way to keep track of what you’re reading and to get recommendations on what to read next. You can also see what your friends are reading at the moment too. It’s opened up a whole new world to me!

It also puts out there how much I’ve been reading these days! I currently only have 9 books in my “currently reading” shelf….but I’m actually reading about 5-10 more, with about 10 in the queue to start! But, regardless, it’s a wonderful tool for me to keep track of where I am in the books, which is great if I have to return a book to the library.

Here’s what I’m reading now! What’s funny is that it actually cut off 3-5 more!
