Whooooo hoo!!!!! Today is a special anniversary to me! It’s three years for the Currans and I’m so happy for them!
BUT! It’s also the three year anniversary of the ring shot! You can learn more about that in the about section (and don’t forget to #ShowMeYourRings!) It is truly humbling that this little blog has become what it is today and I’m excited to see where it will go in the future! Thank you to everyone who has supported me through the blog by following/sharing/reading and to all of the brides and grooms who have let us capture your wedding day. Truly, thank you, thank you, thank you!
Have a great day Pat and Stacy!

One thing I’ve had on the back burner for a while is my book. It’s a huge task to write a book, sure, so I took any excuse to stop. I’ve been noticing recently that God has been nudging me to start it back up again. I think part of my hesitation was, well, I can’t write a book until I reach “SOME UNATTAINABLE GOAL THAT DOESN’T MATTER.” But then I realized the whole point of my book is that Christian business owners define success differently. So, I’m trying to follow His leading and get back on the horse.
To that end, I’m going through my most recent journal and I noted in one entry that a whole day was good in Streams in the Desert. So I grabbed one of my copies and thought about how many times I’ve read through it. And I noticed how pages were falling out, coffee stains were all over….BOTH of my copies! So take that as a big book review! If you’re looking for a new daily devotional, this one is fantastic! π

I must say, it’s been a wonderful week! I loved having Bret home so much and getting to hang out more! But alas, today is the last day of his spring break and tomorrow he goes back to work.
He is pretty cute in his PE teacher attire, so that helps a little. π

We started the day attending the sunrise service at Beachmont Christian Camp. One of my sister’s friends brought their Australian Cattle Dog puppy. Which we tried to steal. (Note: If we ever get a dog, this is the type of dog we’d get!)

After unsuccessfully stealing the puppy, we went to breakfast with some friends and our cousins!!
