Day 3343 – The Spark And The Grind – A Book To Help You Focus On Both Aspects Of Creating – Read A New Book Month Day 5

I first heard about Erik Wahl, the author of The Spark and the Grind: Ignite the Power of Disciplined Creativity* in Unmistakable, which I talked about yesterday. His story is really incredible and what he does is something I want to see in person someday (look him up, it’s worth the rabbit hole).

This book was an amazing look at how both aspects of creation are so important – finding your spark but also putting in the work to bring those ideas to light. As someone who creates every day, this was an incredibly helpful read. Whether you create words or photos or works of art or reports or whatever it is that you create, you will find something to help you in your pursuits.

As a reminder, the links to the book on Amazon are affiliate links. As a reminder, an affiliate link is one that if you click and purchase the book (or something else) I’ll receive a small percentage at no additional cost to you. I ruthlessly only share products, services, books, etc, that I have personally used and only recommend what I think is useful and valuable. I’ve marked all affiliate links in this post with this little guy –> *
