You know I’ve been at K&B quite a bit recently…well, I finally got a few shots of the window!
I love using my super-wide angle lens to get these shots!

Today I had the joy of hanging out at K&B Bridals! You know how much I love it there! I tell my brides and most everyone that I meet to stop by K&B. While, I will admit that Bridget (the owner) is one of my brides AND one of my friends. Obviously, that is part of why I recommend them so much. BUT, the level of professionalism and personalization each bride receives is more why I so highly praise them! It was a crazy day today, lots of brides and moms and friends and kids….but I felt like no one was neglected or ignored. Every bride left super happy and there were a few tears when the dress was found (even from this photographer!)
They redid their window too! I LOVE their windows! 🙂

Today Bret and I went on a hike with one of our dear friends, Mara, who also owns her own business, http://www.maraglazer.com.
What is thebizzybuzz.com you ask?
“thebizzybuzz.com is an e-mail publishing company known for sharing the latest buzz, tools, tips, and finds with an active community of bizzy women entrepreneurs daily… in 350 words or less.”
I’ve gained lots of knowledge from Mara through her online business and our interactions as friends. I am blessed to have such a smart business woman as a friend. 🙂
Here we are being all kinds of serious….

Tonight we met up with some local entrepreneurs to network. We had some great conversations with some who have been in business for years, some who are JUST about to jump in full-time and others who are thinking about starting a business.
And what do you get when networking? A Guinness of course!

The owner of K&B Bridals, Bridget Moore, very graciously allows me to come hang out in her store from time to time. She is a former bride AND a very dear friend. I LOVE hanging out at her shop! There’s always a positive energy and lots of good tears. There’s nothing like the moment a bride walks out of the dressing room and you KNOW this is the dress she’ll walk down the aisle to her groom in. I’ve definitely had my fair share of tears shed while watching the process. 🙂
I met some great brides (who I hope to work with down the road!) and had a good time getting to know her employees.
There’s other reasons I love K&B…
I get to look at the Faye Daniel Designs CUSTOM made jewelry on display…

I get to hang out with Bridget and sometimes her husband Chris pops in…

And I got to meet this wonderful bride when she tried on (and found) her dress!
