Day 2035 – Surprise Date!!

Today, Bret called on his way home from school and said he was taking me on a date! When he got home, we discussed where to go and it was almost a no brainer to get sushi/Chinese! So we made the trek down to Chopstix and had a really fantastic time! I truly love getting to know Bret. Talking about all kinds of topics and learning more about each other. After our meal, we headed over to Barnes and Noble to get coffee and shop for books. Ahhhh, I wanted to buy them all! lol, I love reading and learning! To quench that need, we went to the library and I got some more books. Seriously guys, I have a problem. 🙂

Day 1833 – Getting To Know Our Clients

One of the things included with every package you book with us is a time to “get to know each other.” It’s basically about 2-4 weeks before the wedding and we spend a little bit of time finalizing the details of the day. The rest of the time is normally spent just chatting and getting to know each other. It’s MUCH easier to smile in front of the camera with people you’ve already belly laughed with and told some of your stories to.

Today, we had a get to know you with one of our upcoming couples and it was such a blast! Their wedding will be in their backyard and I’m SO excited to shoot it!
