Day 1038 – Last Minute Date! (These Seem to be Happening a Lot!)

Tonight I mentioned wanting to get breakfast for dinner and to my surprise, Bret said yea! We decided to go to Bob Evans. The parking lot was almost empty when we got there! When we went in, we noticed there weren’t too many people, so we asked when they closed….it was about 8:20/8:30….9:00 p.m…..they close at 9! I was so surprised. But they welcomed us in and I’m so glad they did! We had amazing biscuits and sausage gravy and I had some of the best french toast I’ve ever had. nom nom nom.

We even had some left over biscuits and gravy!

Day 1021 – Zia’s Cafe

Tonight I went to Zia’s Cafe with some friends. It was a great healthy place! According to their website “We focus on local & organic ingredients & we have healthy choices for vegetarians, meat-eaters, vegans & gluten-free eaters alike!” According to me, “very delish!” It’s also BYOB on Fridays for dinner. Might be other nights for dinner. Check their website for more details.

Day 1018 – Flavor Cupcakery Location in Cockeysville, Maryland

I follow my favorite cupcake store on Facebook and am always taunted by their flavors of the day, happy hours (6-7 $2 cupcakes) and pictures of cupcakes. Today, the bad news….good news…I announced a little bit back came true….

Flavor Cupcakery had the grand opening of their Scotts Corner, 10253 York Road, Cockeysville, Maryland location. I had to welcome them!

They have so many options in the new location! There is a cake display and cake truffles! AHHHH. We ended up buying two cupcakes and two cake truffles. Heaven I tell ya, heaven.

Day 1006 – Cupcake Sticker on my Car Door Handle

So I’ve had my wonderful Honda Civic for almost 7 years. Since it’s a little older now, there are things going wrong. A little thing that has happened is that my handle paint/coating/whatever peels and it’s thick. One time it happened I actually sliced my finger. So I started taping the handle. Then the tape would break and I’d replace it. The last time it started to crack, the only thing I had on hand was a sticker, from my favorite cupcake place, Flavor Cupcakery. It has actually held up really well!
