Day 676 – Disneyland T-Shirt

Years and years ago….I shopped at Gabe’s Tent Sale….it was a great place where you could get GREAT deals on clothes with only slight “problems.” I found two great shirts that I just LOVED.
One was a long sleeve tee shirt that said “Disneyland”
One was a funny shirt that showed things that were almost basic. For example, a couch is basic…a chair is almost basic…..etc.
So, what did I do?? I combined the two! I’m surprised the stitching held up…and the shirt for that matter. But it continues to be one of my favorite shirts.

Day 675 – Worn Out

I had every intention of getting a lot done tonight. But…this is what happened.

Day 674 – Hitting the Mitts with My Husband

One of the things Bret enjoys to do is “hit the mitts.” He’s teaching me. I hated it at first, because it was sooooo foreign to me. But, I’ll admit it, I’m starting to “get it” and it’s starting to be fun.

Day 673 – Romance Outside of Trader Joes

About 2 years before we got married, Bret came to visit. I bought him a bible and wrote a little note to him, with the intention of him taking it to Iraq. I gave it to him on this bench. Now, we can sit here as husband and wife. (Oh and go shop at Trader Joe’s, that’s really the best part.)
