Day 709 – Trip on a Friend’s Boat
Today we went out on our friend’s boat on Saranac Lake. Unfortunately, I didn’t take any pictures! My siblings had a camera and took pictures of themselves…which I’ll try to add later!
Day 708 – Hiking the Adirondacks
Today we hiked the High Peak, Big Slide. It’s number 27. There are 46 high peaks in the Adirondack’s. It’s a life goal of mine to hike all of them. Bret and I have hiked 4 together so far! We hiked this with all of my siblings. It was a blast! Very hard ascent, but amazing descent. We pretty much flew down the mountain.
Day 707 – My Rock Climbing Trash the Dress Session
Today I had the best birthday, ever. I got to do something I’ve wanted to do for a while….rock climb in my wedding dress. The concept is “Trash The Dress”…where basically, you wear your wedding dress again…doing something else. So, enjoy! Bret took these of me and I am beyond words happy about them! I had to share lots!

I also had a beer outside while reading…while everyone else was off doing other things. I can’t remember the last time I got to read…well, fiction…I read non-fiction all the time (marketing, business, etc)…so this was a treat!!
Day 706 – Vacation in Lake Placid New York
Today we are in Lake Placid, New York!! We’ll be here until June 21st. It’s so amazing up here. Absolutely amazing. To celebrate our first night, we went to the Lake Placid Pub and Brewery. They have a beer sampler and really amazing food.
