Day 2314 – One Of My Favorite Days Of The Year

My husband is a very humble man. It’s convicting to me sometimes, it’s a fantastic quality and I hope he never loses that.

So why is today one of my favorite days? It’s one of the few days Bret will let me say lots of nice things about him. So here we go.

I’m so thankful for the fact that my husband is a former Marine.

I’m thankful that he put his life on the line serving our country.

I’m thankful for the way the military shaped him into the amazing person that he is today.

I’m also thankful that he wore his snazzy blues at our wedding.

I’m thankful for the Marine Corps Birthday we didn’t make it to…

Day 2312 – Mondays = Sunday Night Replays

Mondays I typically work out of the “office” aka home. So I’m out pretty much all day. We’ve started to watch all the replays of the Sunday night shows. We just finished watching Once Upon a Time, The Walking Dead and Talking Dead. I have a few stories from today I’ll share another day, but I know some of you keep an eye out every day (thank you!)….so here’s what our living room looked like tonight…except facing my desktop….long story, which you’ll hopefully get tomorrow or the next day. 🙂

Day 2307 – A Day Of Crazy, But An Awesome Time With My Husband

Today was an absolutely insane day, including my laptop nearly blowing up in my face. In the midst of the crazy, Bret and I went for a run. It was so nice to run with him, and even though I got several cramps, was huffing and puffing by the end, I finished the run without stopping. It was also nice to get away from technology for 15 minutes. Oy vey!
