Bret has been student teaching for the last 2 months and he’s just about finished at his first school. Today he received a whole pile of thank you cards from the students.

We sat on the bed for about twenty minutes reading through them. With tears in my eyes, I couldn’t help but give him a hug. Not only because I’m so proud of the impact he made in only a few months, but because he’s so close to a job that he loves.
