I spent half of my day yesterday prepping for a day of rest today. From scheduling blog posts to scheduling my Facebook group to reviewing all my other tasks to make sure I could mentally be free today. It’s crazy how much easier it is to have a day off when you know you’re having a day off and prepare for it.
