Saturday night, we tried to sleep outside in Bret’s truck with a whole bunch of blankets. Unfortunately, it started raining about an hour after we went out.
Undeterred, we tried again last night! After we were set up in the truck, Bret got my brothers to sing worship songs. What a great memory made!
We even got a great sunset!
What a great wedding yesterday! I’m so thankful it didn’t rain!! I loved everything about this couple and their wedding! I cannot wait to share the rest of the pictures!

Last night, we went to the Towson University Department of Kinesiology Awards and Recognition Dinner. Bret was honored as the Outstanding Senior in Physical Education/Teacher Education! I’m SO proud of him! It was awesome to hear one of his professors talk about him and how she sees him. I don’t get to see Bret in other environments like school or teaching, so it was really neat to experience that!
After the dinner we went to Padonia Ale House to celebrate! We got this MASSIVE plate of nachos! SO so good!
