One of our favorite meals is a mix of a bunch of random things.
Basically, it goes like this:
4-5ish bags of frozen veggies
2 pounds of ground turkey (or salmon or chicken)
~6 cups of cooked rice
1-2 containers of broth
Cook as indicated on each package and mix!
We can typically get 10-15 hearty servings out of it.
This bowl is 24 cups.
