As you know, I photographed my last wedding in May of this year. It was a decision I thought a long time about. Part of the reason I decided to stop photographing weddings was because I had a part time job with a fantastic photographer.
A year ago, I was hired as a studio manager for Robin Shotola Photography & Design. Robin is one of those photographers that I followed for a few years and always loved her photos. She specializes in a photojournalistic approach to whatever she’s photographing. Whether it’s a corporate event, holiday party or wedding. She is so talented at capturing moments in beautiful, crisp light. I adore her work. Now that I work for her, I get paid to gush about her work to potential clients, it’s AWESOME. And I mean, take a look at this recent wedding she photographed at the American Visionary Art Museum.
Today, Robin and I celebrated a successful year of working together with breakfast! I am honored to work for such an amazing woman who I get to call a friend. 🙂
